These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website operated by NorCal Refund Counsel, P.C. (referred to as "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), located at norcallist.com, and any services provided through it. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
NorCal Refund Counsel, P.C. provides specialized legal services focused on refund recovery for individuals and businesses. The scope of services for each client will be explicitly defined in a separate engagement agreement. Our services are provided by licensed attorneys and are subject to the rules of professional conduct governing attorneys in the State of California. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice; please consult with an attorney for advice specific to your situation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NorCal Refund Counsel, P.C. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Liability

NorCal Refund Counsel, P.C. disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the information on this website. Our liability for services provided to clients is governed by the terms of our specific engagement agreements. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may terminate their engagement with NorCal Refund Counsel, P.C. by providing 14 days written notice. Fees paid for services rendered up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. For services billed on an hourly basis, a final bill will be issued for all work completed. For fixed-fee or retainer-based services, any refund for unearned fees will be calculated based on the work completed and expenditures incurred, in accordance with the terms outlined in the client engagement agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
